This bar is composed mainly of oatmeal, a source of complex carbohydrates andunsaturated fatty acids.

Eat 1-2 Oat King Energy Bars a day
Ingredients:
37% flakesoat, 21% fatty icing containing cocoa (sugar, palm and rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, water, cocoa powder, heavily deoiled, milk powder, humectant E422, emulsifiers E492 & E471, salt, preservative E202, flavoring, coloring E171), light molasses, margarine (palm and rapeseed oil, water, salt, natural flavor), demerara sugar, flavoring.
May contain traces of peanuts and sesame seeds.
