How to use it:
- Add 300ml of water to the cake preparation and mix. Cook 30-35 min. at 200 ° in a traditional oven
- Consume between 1/2 to 1/3 of the cake until 1:30 before exercise.. Can replace a breakfast.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days, or frozen.
