CLIF Shot Blok Energetic Erasers are an excellent source of instant energy during an intense and long-lasting effort. They guarantee a carbohydrate recharge and ensure a maintenance of the performance.
How to use it:
3 to 6 blocks per hour during the effort. Always accompany with water.
