ENDURANCE bars : ideal for long and medium term efforts. These bars are richer in lipids and proteins (10 at 20% more than the bars Performance), which mainly come from oilseeds (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews).
A bars PERFORMANCE: more rich in carbohydrates, is ideal for short and intense efforts.
Colissimo / Mondial Relay: if order before 12:00 am, departure the same day (except Mondial Relay on Monday - no transport)
GLS at home: if order before 12 p.m. departure the same day

Left on trails from 5 to 7 am, the bars have their effect: no cravings, no digestive problem (unlike other products already tested). I highly recommend !
