A terroir recipe for the signature bar of runner Xavier Thévenard. Spiced with Espelette pepper, the beet goes well with blackcurrant and Guérande salt for a delicacy made of subtlety and daring by our two Michelin star chef from Annecy, Yoann Conte.
A bar ORGANIC, GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, RAW COOKING, made in the French Alps for ambassador Xavier Thevenard, famous figure of ultra trail and UTMB.
These bars are made up of vegetables, dried fruits, oilseeds, plants and spices.

These bars are richer in lipids and proteins (10 at 20% more than the bars Performance), which mainly come from oilseeds (almonds, hazelnuts, cashews).
Storage tips: away from humidity between 15 and 25 °.

Ingredients are vegan and naturally gluten-free. However traces of gluten linked to production are possible. No added sugar. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
