During a long-term effort (trail, half-marathon, marathon, bike, etc.) the energy reserves are very busy to keep the distance. It is necessary anticipate this in the 3 days preceding the event by maximizing these energy reserves. Your body needs:
- CARBOHYDRIDES : to maximize energy reserves
- VITAMINS AND MINERALS :
- especially B2, B6 and Magnesium vitamins that help reduce fatigue
- la Vitamin E and Zinc that help protect cells against oxidative stress
Take 1,5 L of Maltodextrin daily during the 3 days before the test
It is advisable to consume this dietary product as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in its original packaging away from heat and moisture. To consume in the month after opening and preferably before the date indicated on the label.
