Endurance Salt Bar are innovative energy bars that combine sweet, salty and caffeinated flavors. Ideal for consumption by endurance athletes during their training and competitions.

The feature that sets this bar apart from others on the market is its salty flavor, providing between 195 and 197 mg of sodium per bar. This replacement of sodium lost during physical activity is extremely important, because it avoids situations of hyponatremia (low plasma sodium concentrations).

They provide between 16 and 20 g of carbohydrates per bar, with 13 to 16 g of sugars and around 49 mg of caffeine per bar, providing quickly absorbed energy.
