How to use :
We recommend taking a Daily Shot every day. The Pre-activity Shot should be taken 30-60 minutes before training or competition, and for longer sessions you can take another one even during the session. And, a Recovery Shot should be taken after the activity
Ingredients:
Water, sucrose, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid, calcium lactate, magnesium salts of citric acid, natural ginger flavor, gelling agents: gum arabic, xanthan gum; Dry olive extract (Oleae europea L., leaf), preservative: potassium sorbate; Siberian ginseng extract (Eleutherococcus senticosus rupr. et maxim., root), Acerola (Malpighia glabra L., fruit) dry extract titrated to 17% vitamin C, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3/PP), iron bisglycinate, dexpanthenol ( vitamin B5), riboflavin sodium 5' phosphate (Vitamin B2), emulsifying agent: Polysorbate 20; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).
