How to use : 

• Mix the contents of the powder (35 g) in 200 ml of water or milk and shake well. Use less liquid if you prefer a thicker texture. You can also use milk alternatives such as coconut, soy or oat milk.
• Consume one serving (2 scoops) of whey protein after exercise or during the day. For best results, consume it within 20 minutes of finishing exercise. You can also have another serving or two at any time of the day as a protein snack.
