It is generally used by athletes who want to be well hydrated to begin with and recover more quickly after intense exercise. It is also used during exercise by people who sweat a lot or sweat a lot of salt.

How to use : 

Before intense, sweaty activity

• Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and drink the day before important events and training sessions.
• Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water and drink approximately 90 minutes before the start of important events and training sessions. Try to finish your drink at least 45 minutes before you start to allow your body to absorb the liquid properly.

During intense, sweaty activity (if recommended in your personalized hydration plan)

Dissolve the tablet in 500 ml of water and drink until thirsty.


Store in a cool, dry place. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is a dietary supplement. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children
