Creatine phosphate is an important source of energy for the muscles during short-term intensive efforts. Chronic intake of creatine leads to an increase in the level of creatine (phosphate) in the muscles. This makes it possible to improve performance in the context of short-term maximal efforts, especially when these efforts must be carried out in an intermittent pattern. The use of creatine is therefore interesting in “explosive” sports, but also in endurance efforts and intermittent sports, where repeated sprints follow one another with a relatively short recovery time. Creatine therefore directly influences performance, but also allows the athlete to train more and/or more intensively. Additionally, taking creatine combined with intensive strength training has been proven to boost muscle strength and mass. These positive effects of creatine on muscle strength and mass are of course also observed during the recovery and rehabilitation period following a sports injury.

Few or no side effects have been reported with creatine. However, a creatine treatment often leads to an average weight gain (= water retention) of 1 to 2 kg, but in certain people, this weight gain can be even higher, or on the contrary non-existent. However, athletes sometimes mention a reduction in mobility due to an increase in muscle tone when using creatine. Finally, it is often suggested that taking creatine can cause muscle cramps, but there is currently no scientific evidence confirming this effect.

« 6d CREATINE Creapure® » is composed of 100% ultra-pure Creapure®, which makes this product perfectly suitable for athletes who wish to increase their strength and muscle mass, their speed and/or their explosiveness. Likewise, athletes wishing to accelerate their rehabilitation process after a sports injury can benefit from “6d CREATINE Creapure®”.

The favorable effects mentioned above can already be obtained by taking 3 g of creatine monohydrate per day.

Usage tips: 

Mix 3 g (=1 scoop) of powder in ≥ 150 ml of water every day for 8-12 consecutive weeks.

If you want to obtain a faster result, take 18 g (= 3x2 scoops) per day for the first 5 to 7 days. After continuous use of 10 to 12 weeks, it is recommended to interrupt the intake for 4 to 6 weeks.

To be taken preferably after exercise and/or in combination with a meal, snack or drink rich in carbohydrates and/or proteins.
