MANGO: with a very pleasant fruity taste and a contribution of BCAA (ratio 8:1:1), tyrosine and taurine.

• BCAAs 8:1:1: branched chain amino acids (leucine, valine and isoleucine) are metabolized directly in muscle, unlike other amino acids which (usually) are metabolized in the liver. They help maintain glycogen levels and also have an anabolic effect (mainly thanks to leucine) and therefore actively participate in the muscle recovery process.
• TYROSINE: it is involved in the production of amino acids that maintain brain function, so it has a positive impact on mental energy and performance.
• TAURINE: it increases strength and endurance naturally. It reduces protein catabolism. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and increases the oxidation of lipids as an energy substrate.
• SODIUM: with 60mg of sodium per bar, essential for cell function, body fluids and the regulation of blood pressure, blood volume and pH.

These bars are ideal for those who need energy both during training and during competitions and prefer not to use the gel format. This is the closest thing to a 30 gram solid drink that provides energy and mineral salts.
