The ATLET Tomato-olive-chia salty protein organic energy bar is formulated with raw materials 100% organic carefully selected and excluding useless ingredients (additive, preservative, bulking agent, etc.) for sports practice. ROLE OF PROTEIN

In general, it is important to respect the rule of 2/3 and 1/3.2/3 of protein in food during meals and 1/3 in the form of protein taken as a supplement. 

The choice of ingredients:

  • Rice protein: Vegetable protein intake (80% on a dry basis) with amino acids (BCAA: 8% leucine, 4% isoleucine and 6% valine /% VNR). This protein has the quality of being hypoallergenic and very digestible.
  • Dates: Carbohydrate intake (no added sugar) to manage energy and endurance.
