Vegan Recovery Drink (500g) - Vanilla custard

Vegan Recovery Drink is the ideal drink for recovering well after training or exertion. It is formulated with ingredients suitable for vegans and has the same characteristics as our Recovery Drink. It provides more than 40% high quality protein from pea protein, does not contain gluten or lactose and offers less than 1 g of sugar per serving so as not to interfere with the assimilation of nutrients.

After the effort, it is essential to recover as soon as possible to assimilate the training and have the next day a 100% performance.

    • Replenish glycogen reserves thanks to its formulation based on quality carbohydrates that are easy to assimilate.

    • Protect and replenish muscles after exercise thanks to proteins and amino acids. 

La Vegan Recovery Drink contains 43% of the best vegetable proteins, which is equivalent to 22 g of proteins per ration, all to preserve muscle mass and maintain healthy bones.

It offers a protein to carbohydrate ratio of approximately 1:1, which is a high amount of protein for a recovery agent. But it was formulated this way because, after exercise, it is common to eat foods rich in carbohydrates, such as fruits, oats, energy bars, etc. And we neglect at the same time the protein intake which is essential for muscle recovery. 

La Vegan Recovery Drink further provides:

    • L-arginine AKG (250 mg per ration). It is the amino acid precursor of nitric oxide, which helps to develop the endothelial function of the walls of blood vessels. As a result, blood circulation is improved, as well as the amount of nitric oxide in the blood. In addition, arginine helps synthesize proteins within the body's tissues, which helps promote their repair.

    • Creatine (1 mg per serving). 

        ◦ It helps to improve muscle torque, strengthen training intensity and work capacity.

        ◦ Ingredient with clinically proven efficacy in increasing muscle strength and lean body mass.

How to use : 

Dilute 4 measures (50g) of product in 500ml of water and shake. Consume 500ml up to 45 minutes after exercise.
