How to use :
Enjoy a Näak Ultra Energy Purée to energize every moment before, during and after your run or workout.
1 portion per 45-60 min of effort (activity >1h30).
1 portion 30-45 min before exercise (activity <1h30).

GLS at home: if order before 14 p.m. departure the same day
