Which High5 gel to choose: Energy Gel ou Aqua Gel? Both kinds of gel have the same function. However, Aqua Gel is lighter in consistency, between liquid and gel. Energy Gel is slightly thicker in consistency, but is less bulky and lighter in weight, making it easier to carry larger quantities.
How to use the product
One gel per hour during exercise, accompanied by a drink.

Published on 13/07/2020 at 11:43.The taste is really a strong point at high5 it's really top from top! Super simple opening even while racing. Fast absorption and felt within 5-10 minutes for me. The variant with caffeine is also great for an end of course. Frankly, I've never had such pleasure in terms of taste, it's really close to a real fruit rather than some gels which are really chemical and bad in the mouth.
