How to use the product
This puree is ideal for short and intense efforts in addition to Baouw bars.
A puree every 20 to 30 minutes on average depending on the intensity (during exercise, replaces energy gels advantageously and naturally).
conservation: after opening, keep 48 hours maximum in the refrigerator.
Storage: away from humidity between 0 and 40 °.
