226ERS Endurance Fuel Bar they are gluten-free, lactose-free and suitable for vegans. They contain no added sugars, syrups or flavourings, which helps to better assimilate the carbohydrates.
 
They contain only natural ingredients such as figs or almonds, without forgetting organic ingredients such as dates and raisins. No sugar, syrup or flavorings were used, the flavors being obtained naturally using fruits, spices, cocoa etc.
 
Each 60 g bar provides more than 200 kcal as well as approximately 35 g of easily absorbed carbohydrates in their natural form.              
 
They can perfectly be consumed during training, competitions or between meals to provide the necessary energy before an effort.

How to use : 

It can be consumed at any time of the day.

• Before the effort: Before exercise, as a snack between meals or as an energy supplement before physical activity.
• During the effort: For an energy boost during training.
• After the effort: To replenish glycogen stores and improve recovery.

Ingredients: 

Date paste* (Phoenix dactylifera), fig paste (ficus carica),  Almonds chopped (Prunus amygdalus dulcis), raisins* (Vitis vinifera, raisins >99,5%, organic sunflower oil <0,7%) (Helianthus annuus L.), dark chocolate chips* (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa lecithin soybean), soluble coffee (Coffea arabica). * From organic farming.

ALLERGENS: Soy and soy products, milk and its derivatives (including lactose) and nuts, i.e. almonds (Amygdalus communis L.)
