How to use : 

Dissolve 1 sachet in 500 ml of water and drink until thirsty in case of sweating.

Store in a cool, dry place. This product should be used when you are sweating for prolonged periods. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is a dietary supplement. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
