How to use : 
Swallow 1 to 3 capsules for every 500 ml of water you consume during a sweating exercise lasting more than 90 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place. This product should be used in case of prolonged sweating. This product is a food supplement. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet ! Keep out of reach of young children!
