How to use : 

2 leveled, packed measuring spoons, i.e. 40g, in 460ml of water and mix until completely dispersed. Every 5 to 10 minutes a good double sip, consume 500 ml or 1 liter of the preparation during exercise. The prepared drink must be drunk within the same day of its preparation. Store the jar closed in a dry place at room temperature. Shelf life limited to 4 weeks after opening. It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
