How to use the product
Drink before you are thirsty
For low intensity, short duration exercises (less than 60 minutes) as long as you follow a healthy, balanced diet and drink plenty of water before you start, there is no real need to replace electrolytes before, during or after your session.
If you are a "salty sweater" (your sweat stings, tastes salty or leaves a white residue on your skin or clothes), we suggest a rehydration supplement.
- Mix a single 7 g sachet with 500 ml of cold water and shake well. Consume within 24 hours. Easy.
- 500 ml 1-2 hours before prolonged or intense exercise
- 150-200 ml immediately before starting
- 500-750 ml per hour during prolonged exercise
- 500 ml within 20 minutes of the end of the exercise
For endurance exercise longer than 60 minutes, it is important to replace fluids, electrolytes and calories if you want to avoid the effects of dehydration and fatigue.
