How to use the product

• Take your first sports gel somewhere between 45 to 60 minutes in a workout, then take it every 20 to 30 minutes or so from there.
• Always take Veloforte energy gels with water, because without water they take longer to digest and enter the bloodstream.
• Also, consider alternating between caffeine-based and caffeine-free energy gels to make sure you're not consuming too much caffeine.
• Maximum 5 per day.
