Maintenance guide:

• To hand-wash only avant la première utilization
• Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly
• Ne pas put in microwave
• Ne pas put in the dishwasher

Manual :

• To fill, unscrew the lid and leave the mixing ball inside
• Fill to the 300 ml mark with cold water or fresh milk of your choice
• Add the contents of your Recovery Super-Shake sachet
• Replace the lid and screw on tightly (make sure the pouring cap is securely locked in place)
• Shake vigorously for 10 seconds... until you get a homogeneous mixture
• Enjoy your Super-Shake!
• Add ice cubes for a refreshing shake.
• Keep refrigerated if not consuming immediately. Consume within 24 hours of preparation.
