How to use the product

Drink before you feel thirsty - For endurance exercise lasting longer than 60 minutes, it is important to replace fluids, electrolytes, and calories if you want to avoid the effects of dehydration and fatigue.

• Mix a single 25 g sachet with 500 ml of cold water and shake well. Consume within 24 hours. Easy.
• 500 ml 1-2 hours before prolonged or intense exercise
• 150-200 ml immediately before starting
• 500-750 ml per hour during prolonged exercise
• 500 ml within 20 minutes of the end of the exercise
