The Endurante is now available in a salty version. This is made from black olives from Nyons, fleur de sel from Camargue, quinoa, beet juice, almonds, honey.

The endurance was designed to provide athletes with the fuels essential for energy production. It reduces fatigue and is used both before exercise and during and after. History : cycling has always been one of the passions of the SILVAIN Family. Many years ago Philippe SILVAIN developed a bar for his weekly outings and for his fellow travelers. Then in 2018, François VICENTE, his nephew, learned the know-how of nougat-making from Philippe. An amateur trail runner, he wants to improve this bar and make it a product in its own right. In collaboration with passionate athletes, lovers of Mont-Ventoux, he develops the ENDURANTE recipe which is the fruit of our know-how as a confectioner, our love for quality and natural products and the passion for sport. . Following the feedback from sportsmen and nutritionists who test ENDURANTE, it is today the work-companion of many trail runners and cyclists.
