How to use :
To get delicious, fluffy pancakes, follow the tips from Chef Protéines:
- Mix 2 level scoops of powder with 100 ml of cold or room temperature water
- Take a generous tablespoon of the batter and pour it into a crepe pan or a simple frying pan.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side over medium heat (not too high to avoid them being overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside ;-)) depending on the desired color and the size of your pancakes.
- Once cooked, you can garnish them as you wish (fruit, chocolate chips, etc.)
- Remember to reseal the bag tightly after opening and keep it away from heat and moisture.
