For intense training or competition, you need to replenish nutrients during the effort with up to 90 g of carbohydrate per hour, depending on the intensity and duration. How to use the product
- Caffeine-free flavor: 1-4 sachet / day.
- Flavor with caffeine: 1-3 sachet / day.
- Consume as recommended 1 sachet with water at regular intervals during exercise.
- Flavor with caffeine: High caffeine content, not recommended for children and pregnant or breastfeeding women. (Green Apple & Black Currant: 122 mg / 100g; 50 mg / sachet. Espresso: 130 mg / 100g; 53 mg / sachet.)
