How to use it:

Quick and easy to prepare, SPORDEJ BIO can be consumed before a morning workout, at lunchtime or at the end of the day.

Consume, 15 to 30 minutes before the start of your effort, 60g to 90g (3 to 5 tablespoons) of SPORDEJ BIO depending on the duration and intensity of the effort.

Dosage: 3 to 5 tbsp.

Instructions:

• Pour SPORDEJ BIO into a bowl. Add your favorite vegetable drink (rice, almond, etc.) or water, stirring gently until you obtain a smooth cream. The consistency should be neither liquid nor compact.
• You can also garnish SPORDEJ BIO with fresh fruit (banana, strawberry, blueberry, etc.) for an even more gourmet snack.

Number of snacks: 1 sachet of 1,2 kg: 20 snacks.
