SPORDEJ is the energetic, digestible, gourmet and practical solution to nourish yourself before a workout.
Dosage: Consume, 15 to 30 minutes before the start of your effort, from 60g to 120g (3 to 6 level measures) of SPORDEJ depending on the duration and intensity of the effortt.
Preparation: Pour SPORDEJ in a bowl. Add your favorite vegetable drink (rice, almond, etc ...) or water, stirring gently until you get a creamy dessert cream. The consistency should not be liquid or compact.
Number of snacks: 1 maxi pot of 1,5kg: up to 25 snacks.
