This bar is composed mainly of oatmeal, a source of complex carbohydrates andunsaturated fatty acids.
In short, an excellent source of energy for the body during exercise or as a meal replacement.

How to use it:
Eat 1-2 Oat King Energy Bars a day
Ingredients:
34% flakes oatmeal, 21% coating (sugar, palm and rapeseed oil, glucose syrup, water, milk skimmed powder, emulsifiers E471, E492, coloring E171, salt, preservative E202, flavoring), light molasses, margarine (palm and rapeseed oil), water, salt, natural flavor), demerara sugar, 3% noix, 2% carrots, cinnamon, flavor.
May contain traces of peanuts, soya and nuts.
