Our C30 Ice Gels are energy gels that are frozen and consumed as a source of frozen fuel. Each C30 Ice Gel helps cool body temperature while providing 30 grams of fast-absorbing energy. Each gel contains 200mg of sodium to aid in fluid distribution and a light, fresh citrus aroma. Please note that this product is only intended to be consumed as an iced energy product. Do not consume this product as a standard energy gel.

A freezable energy gel that provides 30 grams of fast-absorbing energy from a 2:1 blend of glucose and fructose in a compact frozen drink. Each gel contains 200mg of sodium for fluid distribution and retention. It's the perfect hot weather weapon for endurance and field sports athletes.
How to use :
Consume 1-3 energy gels per hour of intense exercise. For best results, place the gel upright (not lying down) with the top side up.
Remove from the freezer after a minimum of 3 hours.
Cut off the top and let thaw for 1-2 minutes before eating.
