How to use the product
- 1 bar 30 min before exercise
- 1 - 2 per hour during exercise 1hr
- Remember to drink regularly
Ingredients:
Rice syrup, dried mango 28%, Oats 10%, Cashew nut 9%, Puffed Rice (Rice Flour, Cane Sugar, Sunflower Oil, FlourBarley malt) 9%, Oatmeal 6%, Water *, Flour Soybean, Amaranth blown 2%, Sunflower oil.
For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in fat. This bar made from natural ingredients can contain small pieces of shells or barks. Made in a factory where the following allergens are present: nuts, sesame seeds, milk, soy and other cereals containing gluten.
