This energy bar of 40g is certified organic by Ecocert.

How to use the product

  • 1 bar 30 min before exercise
  • 1 - 2 per hour during exercise 1hr
  • Remember to drink regularly

Ingredients:

Dried apricots* 36,6% (apricots*, rice flour*), flakesoats *, rice syrup*, acacia gum*, rice billets* (rice*, salt), pecan nuts* 3,5%, sunflower oil*, natural apricot flavoring

    Very good composition, and very pleasant taste / texture. It's quite rare for a bar of this quality. The price like many bars is quite expensive.
