This bar is our birthday bar. The ginger lemon because it is our best selling gels and that the yellow evokes the gold of the medal of Rio Denis Gargaud. This bar is the least sweet of the range and surely the one with the most subtle scent.

How to use the product

• 1 bar 30 min before exercise
• 1 - 2 per hour during exercise 1hr
• Remember to drink regularly

42% rice syrup, Oats 16%, oatmeal 12%, 10% Puffed Rice, 8% Cashew, Lemon Powder 4%, 3% Sunflower Oil, soy flour 2%, Amaranthe 2%, Ground Ginger 0,75%, Lemon Oil 0,1%
