The composition of our organic vegetable protein dosed at 79% protein, makes it a very digestible protein, so it can be used at different times of the day:

• At breakfast: Ideal for nourishing your muscles in the morning and even more so if you have a sports session in the morning
• During the day depending on your protein needs, a snack may be necessary
• After the effort: this will participate in the regeneration of your muscle fibers used during your effort

How to use it:

• Mix 2 measuring spoons (included) of vegetable protein (30g) with 250ml of water in a shaker (or a can)
• Optional: Add 10 to 20g of your favorite natural and organic energy gel for more flavor
• Shake well for 15 seconds
