How to use the product

• Dilute 35g of powder (2 scoops) in 500ml of water.
• In hot weather, underdose the drink and drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
• In cold weather, overdose the drink and drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes

For a complete energy supply, supplement the drink with Meltonic energy gels.
