The beverage HYDRASCORE TONIC is enriched in L-arginine, it contributes to the water balance of tissues and to the leveling of minerals before exercise by providing electrolytes (sodium, potassium and magnesium). The HYDRASCORE Tonique drink also provides energy for the start of exercise and maintains glycogenic reserves (sucrose, maltodextrin).

AMINO ACIDS :
L-arginine is a semi-essential amino acid, it is involved in many metabolic processes. L-arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide (NO), it improves blood flow and oxygenation of the vessels (Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1998 Doctors IGNARRO-FUCHGOTT-MURAD).
How to use :
1 stick of 40g in 460ml of water and mix until completely dispersed.
Every 5 to 10 minutes a good double sip, consume 500 ml to 1 liter of the preparation during exercise.
The prepared drink must be drunk within the same day of its preparation. Store the jar closed in a dry place at room temperature.
Shelf life limited to 4 weeks after opening.
It is important to have a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
