The HIGH5 Recovery Protein Bar is rich in protein and carbohydrates to promote muscle recovery and repair, helping you adapt and maximize the benefits of your workout. It features a light texture and a delicious natural taste. 

We've reworked our Recovery bars to increase the amount of protein per serving and improve their taste. They now contain: 

• 19g protein per serving
• 19g of carbohydrates per serving
• A light and soft nougat heart
• A taste similar to a Mars or Milky Way bar
• Ideal for post-workout recovery

How to use the product

The Recovery Protein Bar is designed to be consumed AFTER physical exertion.

Protein Blend (43%) [protein isolate from milk, partially hydrolyzed whey protein isolate (lecithin soybean) (milk), soy protein isolate, whey protein isolate (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin) (milk)], EnergySMART® syrup (rice syrup, grape juice concentrate), humectant [glycerol], chocolate with milk coating with sweetener (14%) [sweetener (maltitol), cocoa butter, milk whole cocoa powder, cocoa paste, emulsifier: lecithins (soybean), natural vanilla flavoring], water, natural flavoring, fat-reduced cocoa powder.
