Recovery Drinks is the ultimate drink to use after exercise and it's the choice of professionals. Recovery Drinks contains 18 g whey isolate, a premium source of protein that helps muscle growth and maintenance. Recovery Drinks also contains carbohydrates.

How to use the product
- Mix 60 g (i.e. 3 scoops) of powder in 400 to 800 ml of water or milk. Shake well.
- Consume immediately after exercise
- You can also consume 400-800 ml extra before sleeping
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, Whey Protein Isolate 30% (milk), fructose, natural flavors, emulsifier (lecithin from soybean).

Published on 09/08/2020 at 14:58.I have already tested a lot of tastes at High5 and sincerely this vanilla banana shake does not appeal to me at all, when you open the jar you can actually smell the banana but I do not find the banana aroma and a pleasant taste when consumption. So that's why my rating is 4 otherwise I could have put a 5 star without problems because the product itself is really of excellent quality in terms of recovery and assimilation! I have never had such a beneficial recovery effect as with this recovery from High5, I really recommend it, but with a different taste.
