Carbohydrate intake helps preserve your glycogen stores.

How to use it:
- 8 gums 5 minutes before exercise
- 8 gums every 45 minutes during exercise
- stay hydrated all the time
Ingredients:
Tapioca syrup, cane sugar, maltodextrin, water, pectin, L-leucine, citric acid, natural flavors, sunflower oil, sodium citrate, L-valine, sea salt, potassium citrate, carnauba wax, L-isoleucine , carrot and blueberry extract (as a colorant).
