Carbohydrate intake helps preserve your glycogen stores.
Sodium helps maintain the required level of hydration. BCAA-type amino acids (leucine, valine, isoleucine) limit mental fatigue and muscle reconstruction.

How to use it:
- 8 gums 5 minutes before exercise
- 8 gums every 45 minutes during exercise
- stay hydrated all the time
Ingredients:
