Total Casein GoldNutrition® is obtained from'a milk protein concentrate (MPC) containing more than 90% micellar casein, and is therefore concentrated en BCAAs (branched chain amino acids). Each serving (1 shake) provides approximately 4,5g of BCAAs and 21g of protein.

Casein is a slowly absorbed protein that allows continuous release of amino acids into the blood over time, et in the case of micellar casein, this process can be extended by 7 hours. 

How to use the product

• To prepare a dose (1 drink), add 1 scoop (30 g) to 200 ml of water and mix well before to drink.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warning : Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding or in case of allergy to any of the components. Not recommended in case of renal failure.

Ingredients

Protein concentrate Milk (micellar casein) [92%], reduced fat cocoa powder [7%], palm fat powder, chocolate flavor, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides).

Manufactured in facilities handling gluten, eggs, soy and lupine, which is why it may contain traces of these.
