Beef stew with pearl barley (110g)

Slow cooked British beef with potatoes, celeriac and carrots. Served with pearl barley.

A British classic
Beef stew is a classic farmhouse dish that contains some of the best produce from English fields: beef, vegetables and pearl barley. We simmer our beef with a dollop of tamarind to create a deep flavor. Our potatoes and celeriac are thinly sliced, adding just the right amount of bite to this winter favorite.

How to use it : 

Add approximately 400ml of boiling water to the bag. Close it and leave to macerate for 15 minutes. Mix before serving.

Ground beef (30%), potato, celeriac, carrot, onion, celery, pearl barley, olive oil, beef broth, salt, pepper, molasses, cider vinegar, cornflour, tamarind, thyme.
