Chili con carne is a classic one-shot dish. With its smoked beef, chewy beans and sweet chili, this dish is warming even in the coldest climates. We cook our beef slowly, adding paprika, cumin and sweet tomatoes to give great depth of flavor. With crunchy red bell pepper, nutty red beans and a subtle ancho and chipotle pepper, this unique dish has the taste we need after a long hike. A South American classic from a Dorset barn - made for your next adventure.
How to use it :
Add approximately 350ml of boiling water to the bag. Close it and leave to macerate for 15 minutes. Mix before serving.
