Fine Gusto chose turkey meat because it is very healthy. They only use breast fillets for drying. Slices of lightly salted turkey 4 mm thick, dried for several hours, retain the taste of real meat. They then cut the dried slices by hand to a size that would fit in everyone's hand. Turkey meat is rigorously selected for its quality.
