INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Take 1 effervescent tablet (400mg of magnesium) in 200ml of water per day (1 glass), preferably at breakfast.
Food supplement with sweeteners. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. This food supplement is not suitable for people under 13 years of age. Store at room temperature (15-25°C), protected from light and in a closed container.
