L'Enervit Isotonic Drink Lemon This is an instant granule made from selected carbohydrates (sucrose, dextrose, fructose, maltodextrins) and minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium), ideal for preparing an isotonic drink in a container. No artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors, with a blend of vitamins. Container of 420 gr.
Why a carbohydrate-electrolyte drink?
When thirst sets in, approximately 2% of body weight in water has already been lost, and fatigue begins to set in. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions increase water absorption during exercise and help maintain endurance performance during prolonged exertion. The prepared drink profile shows an osmolality of 270 mOsm/kg with 480 mg/l of sodium.
Easy to prepare, pleasant to drink
The powder dissolves quickly in water: 2 scoops (approximately 30 g) in a 500 ml bottleIts natural lemon flavor complements both long bike rides and intense running sessions.
Some advice
- Dissolve the contents of 2 dosing scoops (approximately 30 g) in a 500 ml container;
- During intense physical activity, drink 500 ml per hour of activity, in regular sips (approximately every 15 minutes), depending on the intensity of the exercise and ambient conditions.
