Oats are a cereal naturally rich in complex carbohydrates It gives the bar its structure and releases energy progressively. thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal energy metabolism; one bar covers 20% of the NRV.
Oats of controlled origin
100% Irish gluten-free oats, grown by selected producers within a fully traceable supply chain, with strict controls to avoid any gluten contamination.
