Combining several carbohydrate sources facilitates assimilation during activity, while the maltodextrins These are the reference carbohydrates in the world of endurance sports. Vitamins B1 and B6 contribute to normal energy metabolism.
High-intensity digestibility
Its low fat content (2,8 g per 100 g) promotes digestibility during exercise, and the pieces of banana make the break more enjoyable.
